Dadimos and Partners LLP (D&P) stands as a premier legal service provider in Ethiopia, offering comprehensive expertise across various practice areas. Incorporated in 2022 as Tadesse & Dadimos LLP by the Managing Partner, Dadimos Haile & former Senior Partner Tadesse Kiros, our firm was among the first to be established as such in Ethiopia under the new law enacted the previous year. In November 2023, we underwent a reconstitution, evolving into Dadimos & Partners LLP (D&P) with Dadimos Haile and Mihret Alemayehu as partners.

D&P’s team comprises seasoned lawyers with extensive experience garnered from both the public and private sectors. A former Ethiopian federal high court judge, Dadimos has extensive experience both in Ethiopia and abroad including as an in-house counsel and in academia. He was a senior counsel and member of the management team at Tadesse Kiros Law Office from 2017 to 2022.

At D&P, we are keen to play a pivotal role in the development of the legal system, and our lawyers have recently assisted the Ethiopian Capital Markets Authority in drafting directives, guidelines, and manuals for licensing and supervision of Capital Service Providers in collaboration with PwC Nigeria & NGX. We have also co-organized a range of capacity building events for lawyers together with our international partners and national stakeholders.
