We help our clients on ways for mitigating employment related litigation risks by conducting due diligence review of employment contracts, company polices and practice and by drafting employment agreements and handbooks. We advise employers on employment law issues arising in the context of mergers and acquisition, on restructuring and redundancy programmes and on disciplinary matters, employee benefits and employer employee relations in general. We also assist clients in resolving employment disputes in an equitable and efficient manner through counselling and representing our clients in mediation and other dispute settlement mechanisms.
