Binyam Nibret

Binyam Nibret is an experienced attorney with a broad practice covering mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, commercial and company law, competition, investment, intellectual property, telecommunications, employment law, construction, real estate, mining, procurement, as well as tax and customs matters. He earned his LL.B in 2007 and, in the same year, joined Tadesse Kiros Law Office, where he has since advised and assisted numerous foreign and local companies across various sectors, including KBR Overseas Inc. and Heineken International BV. Binyam has also worked with legal teams representing clients such as Beijing Urban Construction Group, China Railway 14th Bureau Group, Afreximbank, and Worldpay Group. Binyam is a licensed Trademark Agent and holds an LL.M in Business Law from Addis Ababa University. Admitted to practice in Ethiopia and Member of the Federal Advocates Association.
