Binyam Nibret is an experienced attorney whose practice spans a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, commercial and company law, competition, investment, intellectual property, telecommunications, employment law, construction, real estate, mining, procurement, as well as tax and customs. He received his LL.B in 2007 and, in the same year, joined Tadesse Kiros Law Office, where he has advised and assisted numerous foreign and local companies across various sectors. Binyam is also a licensed Trademark Agent and holds an LL.M in Business Law from Addis Ababa University.
