Mihret joined Dadimos & Partners as a partner. He is a highly qualified professional with extensive experience, including as the Executive Director of the Legal Services Directorate of Bahir Dar University. He has practiced law at Regional and Federal Courts and has taught law at several law schools in Ethiopia. His expertise includes construction, IT and Telecommunications, procurement, employment, e-commerce, and competition law. He has handled major cases on construction, procurement, and employment law matters.

Mihret holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) Degree in Human Rights and an LL M Degree in ICT Law from the University of Oslo School Of Law, and an LL.B degree from Addis Ababa University School of Law.
